Temperament & Management
The All-Rounder
Comfortable in the middle of everything, which is rarer than it sounds. Enough forward to stay honest, enough patience to wait for you. Not a specialist - a generalist. The kind of horse that makes a good program great, or a rough patch survivable.
About this horse
Offered primarily as a companion horse, this 10-year-old Arabian gelding is described as broke but out of work, with no riding reported for about four years. The listing states he is pasture sound and only suitable for very light riding, with a suspected chronic suspensory issue in the right hind that has not improved despite treatment, rehabilitation efforts, medication, and time off. He is presented as strongly people-oriented, easy to keep, barefoot, current on vaccines and dental care, and mannerly enough to stand calmly at a hitching post and in crossties. The seller also notes he is smart, food-motivated, and a possible candidate for trick training or liberty work.
