Cruz is a 10-year-old Appaloosa gelding standing 14.2 hands, and he’s been an absolute pleasure to have in the program. From day one, this horse has shown nothing but try. He’s come along beautifully — soft, willing, and always ready to please. Cruz lopes smooth, correct circles, has a nice stop, and works off a light neck rein. He’s been around cattle, pushed them up the lane, and helped with gathering. Out on the trail, he’s sure-footed, confident, and steady through anything — rocks, water, bridges, brush, and commotion are no big deal to him. He’s been ridden down busy streets and handles traffic, dogs, flags, tarps, and balls without a fuss.
