Temperament & Management
The Racehorse Brain
Brilliant, electric, and a lot. Everything is dialed up - the engine, the sensitivity, the opinions. Can be exceptional in the right partnership and genuinely difficult in the wrong one. Needs a rider who earns its trust, keeps their cool, and always has a plan.
About this horse
Hunter/jumper prospect with early show mileage, this 3-year-old APHA Paint gelding is described as approximately 14 hands and already working at walk, trot, and canter with both leads. He has trail riding experience, has been jumping 18 inches to 2 feet, and placed in the top three in an 18-inch hunter class at his first show. The listing presents him as athletic, willing, and still green, with sensitivity that makes rider confidence and consistency important. He is specifically described as not suitable for beginners and is better matched to an experienced rider continuing his development.
