He stands 15.2 hh on a stick and is absolutely beautiful. I’ve known this gelding for close to 8 years and he is such a good boy. Marlon has been owned by the same family for the last 7 years and in that time has been used for trail riding and playing in the arena. He has no buck, kick, rear, or any kind of funny business to him. This gelding rides very well in the arena with a good walk, trot, canter, stops on whoa, side passes easily, has a nice turn around, and has a one hand neck rein. Marlon is soft in the bridle and could definitely be shown with just a little bit of prep work. He is also a great trail horse. This gelding will go through the deepest water, steepest ditch, and is not spooky out in the woods. Marlon definitely doesn’t look or act his age. He has many, many good years left in him. This gelding isn’t overly complicated to ride and would suit any level rider with a reasonable amount of confidence. Marlon does have buttons and isn’t a complete dead head. He is easy to catch and gets along with everyone in the field. This gelding is up to date on coggins, worming, vaccines, farrier work, and dental work. Marlon stands tied for saddling, picks up his feet, loads/unloads/hauls good, and is good for bathing. He is barefoot and has been barefoot his whole life. This gelding sells sound with no vices.
