About this horse

$14,000 USD NEGOTIABLE Disciplines: English, Mounted Games, No Vices, Playday, R+ Training, Therapy, Trail Riding, Western, Working Equitation Brigitte is a stunning, intelligent, kind, well trained, tractable young mare that is perfect for Renfaires, SCA, working equitation, mounted archery, trails, tricks, therapy, you name it- she can do it. She is 14.2/14.3 sound, no vices. Perfect hooves that make the farrier jealous. She has done obstacles and been to town. I hesitate to call a horse completely bombproof but she is the closest thing you can find. She's been around cows, alpacas, llamas, chickens, ducks, turkey, deer, dogs and machinery. She has been to Renfaires and seen jousting, mounted games, seen people in costume, animals, cannon fire, sword play, she has had a quiver with bow and arrows on her, spear thrown from her, flags, hoola-hoops, pool noodles, balls, bells, costumes etc. Heavy construction equipment, trucks, trailers not an issue. Loads perfectly. She stands for the mounting block and knows that is her job, doesn't walked off. Takes care of her rider. Is more woah than go but will go with minimal coaxing. Knows her lead changes. Can be ridden in bridle with bit, bitless, or even in a halter. Bri stands good for farrier including grinder, grooming, bathing, tacking, fly spray, and veterinarian. She is great for trick training (R+ clicker training) and comes when you whistle, and knows how to "smile" on command. Never "marish", gets along with other mares and geldings. She's not buddy sour, can travel solo. The only reason I am selling her is that I am going through major life changes and decided that farm life isn't for me anymore. I plan to move across the country to pursue a career and know that she absolutely deserves someone with the time to enjoy her. I love this horse. I could look for a thousand years and not find another horse like her. She is kind and intelligent and special to her core and I will be very picky with who she ends up with. More photos here [contact info removed] **She was called Bonnie before I bought her so the video I linked from the previous seller says "Bonnie".
