Temperament & Management
The Easy Day
Uncomplicated and content. Not trying to impress anyone, and that's exactly the appeal. Won't light up the arena, but won't ruin your Tuesday either. Consistent, low-key, and genuinely pleasant to be around - the horse that makes the hobby sustainable.
About this horse
Trail-oriented young draft cross prospect with basic walk, trot, and canter work established. This 4-year-old Friesian/Belgian gelding is described as 17.2 hands, desensitized, and already exposed to traffic and creek crossings, suggesting a useful start for general riding and confidence-building mileage. The listing presents him as soft in the contact, responsive rather than dull, and easy to handle on the ground, with loading and farrier manners specifically noted. A stall-weaving habit is disclosed; the seller attributes it to prior prolonged confinement and states he remains safe to stall and is otherwise non-destructive.
