About this horse

Neo Are you looking for an absolutely stunning, big bodied, paint gelding? Well here’s your guy. This weather is not in my favor. Not a great time to list, but I’ll post him and see. Neo is a 7 yo grade gelding. Standing about 15.1-15.2 and 1200 pounds. He’s massive. Good bone. Huge hip, long tail. Everything someone wants. Neo is fancy in the arena. His confidence shows when someone is on him. He’s got a really nice feel to him. ... ( read more ) While he is a slower paced horse with time if someone could get him to perk up I bet you he’d naturally cruise around the barrels. This horse has not seen much outside life. He is not a trail horse, I’ve taken a lot of time to get him used to things. My house is not for the weak, we have a huge pond, big necked birds, ducks, dogs, crazy kids, dirtbikes, quads, tractors, etc going on. If one needs desensitized it’s most definitely done here. I have videos from previous owner of him crossing thru a creek. I’ve worked the tarp on him. So he’s getting there. But not selling him as a dummy safe trail horse. He’s comfortable in the arena, which I can’t blame him that’s my favorite place too. He’s extremely smooth. Nice gaits. Picks up his leads easy. Nice head set. Stops. Backs. Turns around good. The videos I have will show the worst he has been with me. If you know me i dont ride dangerous, or anything that even offers. Kids were on the trampoline, playing foot ball, throwing sand, and not to mention a huge camera staring at him. When I say this horse isn’t bad. I mean it. He’s got no buck. No rear or bolt. However he needs someone that knows what they are doing. He thrives off of guidance and confidence. He came to me scared. Pushy on the ground, which he still can be a bit with someone who lets him be a puppy dog on them. Which again is why he needs someone with knowledge. He ties, bathes, saddles, bridles, hauls good even tho he was a little nervous in my smaller trailer but not bad! Great for the farrier. I just put a fresh set of front shoes on him. He was tender footed after walking down the hill on rocks after a couple weeks. The video was before I got his shoes put on. If he was back on better ground he’d be fine barefoot again. Easy keeper. No known injuries. No maintenance. This is a perfect horse for someone on a budget that can continue guiding in the right direction. He’s an absolute sweet heart once he trusts you. He’s got alot of personality. He loves dumping his water and laying right smack in the mud so he’s never clean ?. If you’re looking to get into the horse business he’s a good one to put the time into and sell later on. I will be listing him cheap with this weather. He will be priced to watch the video and buy like myself. If he doesn’t sell off video when it clears up I will show him however his price will DRASTICALLY increase. He is priced extremely low. You can’t buy one at a sale barn that’s a pile for this price anymore. Again his price is watch the video and pick him up. No I will not have a vet out here in the pouring rain. No I won’t haul him out to new arenas to try. If I can’t make it any more clear he’s a horse you need to bond with and let him settle in his place then idk how else to say it. Again the video shows him in a nervous state with alot going on while I’m riding. This is what you can expect his worst to look like atleast with me. If this kinda sale doesn’t fit you I get it. But I also truly don’t care and will not answer rude messages, it’s an opportunity for someone to snag up a nice horse in crappy weather, no other reasoning. $6500obo. Valley springs ca. [contact info removed] I do not have any more photos, the video is a lot. Exactly what you’d see if you came to try him. Watch Youtube Video ?si=O8pXD32lS9S5QFJb
