Sterling is a 10-year-old, 15 H, Bay Roan Gelding. He is absolutely colored like everyone wants to see them. Those splotches on his body are not old marks; that is his actual bay color coming through the roan. His entire body is frosted. Plus that black frosted crinkled mane and tail. These are the colors that everyone wants, but no one can really find. Add that to his perfect confirmation; he’s got heavy jowls, great feet, a behind like my ex-mother-in-law, thick in the chest, and just that foundation look that everybody wants. ... He loves people, walks to you in the pasture, will stand untied to be tacked, will tie to anything, and has absolutely no vices or quirks at all. If you watch his video, you see that he goes through everything, spooks at nothing, and refuses nothing at all. If you watch Presley shooting the balloons, you can see the barrel of the gun is alongside his head or over his head, and he doesn’t even flick an ear. That’s his temperament. He is 100% sound, up to date on his shots, worming, and Coggins. Do you need something for the whole family? Do you need something for your hubby or grandma? Or do you just need something that everyone in the family can ride? Or better yet, do you want the prettiest horse in the crowd? There’s no telling what direction Sterling can go. He is an amazing trail horse, loves to push cows, and really just enjoys working and riding. This is one of the rarest ones we’ve had, so please do not hesitate to come take him for a ride. Due to the high demand for these kinds of geldings, we do not believe he will be here long. Give us a call, bring your trailer, and take him home.
