He has been raised right, been in good hands and has had quality training that shows! In the arena Bluey will keep a natural low headset, will collect up nicely and has a very comfortable, easy to sit jog. He lopes out on cue, takes his leads, has an equally smooth lope and has a great stop. Backs soft and side passes well. He is beginner friendly to ride and to be around. Bluey is a very quiet minded horse and is at ease both in and outside of the arena. When riding around our busy neighborhood he has stayed relaxed about all the fast passing vehicles as well as the odd things we pass by that have been put out on the curb. He’s been really good about the farm animals and the neighborhood dogs that surprise us when they run up charging and barking at the fence. He’s equally good to ride out on our rugged Mountain trails. He will lead, follow, or ride peacefully in any position of a group. He crosses the river and dead fall without hesitation and has been surefooted in the rocks and in steep terrain. One could not ask for a better minded individual. Bluey is very sweet. He loves people and attention and will be the first one to come greet you out in the pasture. Gets along well turned out with other livestock and is also content to be in a box stall or a pen by himself. Bluey has no bad habits, vices or issues of any kind and is good about everything. This horse is loaded with personality, talent and boy is he cute! He is 100% safe, sound and sane. This one is truly special and there are few and far between like him.
