Measured, forgiving, and built for teaching. This horse has processed enough chaos to stop being bothered by most of it. Won't set the ring on fire, but won't let you fall on your face either. Gives back exactly what you put in - with a little grace on top.

SOLD Skills: All Around, Athletic, Driving, Flashy, Husband Safe, Kid Safe, Parade, Pleasure Driving, Trail, Trail Riding, Western Pleasure, Working Hershy's Perry is a 6 year old Belgian Quarter Horse cross. His sire was a Belgian and his mother was a Belgian Quarter Horse. Perry has been here at the farm for the last 2 years. Last spring Perry was helping out at a dairy farm. The farmer hired hand, used him to haul manure, scrape the barn floor, and had him hitched with young horses to train them how to drive. Then the last of July Perry went to Lazy 5 Range in South Carolina. This boy knows what farm work is to southern mountains he has seen it all. ... (read more ) Then end of October he came back to out farm again. Through out the winter he was used some then this spring when we opened the rides Perry was in the middle of it all. He was giving horse back rides in our merry go round. Then couple days a week Perry was giving carriage rides in busy traffic. He is absolutely a big baby to have around. He's got the sweetest personality. Perry has been on lots of trail rides through the woods, and on busy highways.
