About this horse

$3,500 15 year old QH walking horse cross, not gaited. Good trail horse needs an intermediate rider. Has seen plenty of trails and mountains. No kick, rear, buck or fuss. Not spooky. Stands for barefoot trim, will pull back some getting shoes on. Stands for saddle, grooming and baths. Loads on a trailer with ease, crosses anything put infront of him. Fine with other animals on the trails, doesn’t like other animals in his pasture he will run them out. ... ( read more ) Can be difficult to catch sometimes, but comes with no issues with a treat or some grain. Easy keeper. He’s about 15 hands. I’ve let plenty of kids ride him with zero issues in small groups, but will get a little hot in groups larger than 4. High on the totem pole in the pasture. I’ve owned this horse his whole life, so I have plenty of videos and can tell you anything about him. He just doesn’t keep up with the rest of my gaited horses and that’s the only reason for selling. located in warm springs Va
