About this horse

$8,000 USD NEGOTIABLE Disciplines: Beginner-Safe, Broodmare, English, Family-Safe, Husband-Safe, Kid-Friendly, Lesson, Rider Level-Amateur, Rider Level-Novice, Rider Level-Open Great for the farrier and stands tied quietly. Don’t let her age fool you—she has had an easy, well-cared-for life with no injuries, lameness, or maintenance needs. It’s hard to find one at this age that hasn’t been ridden hard and put away wet, but she has been thoughtfully managed and properly cared for her entire life. She has had one foal here on the property who is now almost two. All of our animals receive excellent care including massage therapy, chiropractic work, quality grain, and supplements. They are worked in a consistent program, and their care and safety are always our first priority. She has been ridden both Western and English on the flat and is the same horse every time you ride her. She truly does not have a mean bone in her body. She has been on trails, through trail obstacles, and in the arena. Anywhere she goes, she settles in as if she has been there a hundred times. She is not “mare-ish” at all—more like a gelding in a mare’s body! The only small quirk she has is that she isn’t a fan of the fly spray bottle, but spraying it on a brush and applying it that way works perfectly. Don’t miss out on this truly special, one-of-a-kind unicorn.
