About this horse

$2,500 Skills: Blue Eyed, English Pleasure, Playday, Project, Started Under Saddle, Trail, Trail Riding Wilbur is a grade horse. 6 years old. roughly 14.3 hh. I have had him since he was 2. I would say green broke but definitely has a great foundation to him. He ties, loads, great for farrier, He also knows how to mount up and side pass. Very willing to learn, just looks for guidance. Has never "bolted" from being spooked. Just a quick side pass. As a two year old he went to Zoe Woodland for ground training. As a 3 year old he went to Tori Bromme for 2 months to get some additional training and ride time. ... (read more) He recently came home from Josephine Irene Wright from a 30 day refresher but needs to continue his training. Wilbur prefers English over Western. He would make a GREAT English horse for a petite rider. Wilbur so far has been the same horse since he was started. I've let him sit for 6 months and got on him and he was just the same from before. Ride him bareback, ride him in groups. He needs confidence to continue riding alone. But The Wright Way Horsemanship has definitely helped him with this! UTD on shots, coggins, and teeth Will also throw in his Tucker saddle for an additional 1500 He is very buddy sour with my other gelding so unfortunately test rides will not be permitted. But you are more than welcome to check him out.
