About this horse

$9,000 USD OBO DH Annie Flo 📍 Wenatchee, WA
💲 High X,xxx “Annie” is a green broke, ranch-bred, registered Quarter Horse mare standing 14.1 hands. This 3-year-old is kind, willing, and truly “gelding-like” in her disposition. She has a great mind and a solid foundation to continue bringing along. Annie has extensive outside miles. She has confidently crossed water, bridges, and logs, and has been ridden along busy roads and through an underpass without issue. She has been ridden both alone and in large group settings (15+ riders). She settles in quickly and handles new environments well. An ideal home for Annie would be with an experienced horse person or handy youth who can provide consistency and continue her education. Highlights: * Picks up both leads easily * Not spooky * Excellent ground manners * Well desensitized * Smooth trot and relaxed, comfortable lope * Can confidently lead or follow on the trail * Gets along well with mares and geldings (lower in the pecking order) * Good for the farrier * Loads and trailers well * Accepts wormer and medications without issue Cons: * Currently on a 6-week farrier schedule and wearing wedges; will benefit from continued hoof management * Tends to rub her mane on fencing * Harder keeper
