She is out of an Appendix mare who loved Eventing, out of Gotham, a pinto stallion who is a dressage superstar. We bred Fable with the intention of keeping her forever, and as such, we did everything we could to get this girl off to the right start in life! ... (read more ) She has excellent care and exposure to everything we could think of. She loads, body clips, trailers (self loads) lunges, goes through water, ponies off another horse, has a foundation in ground work and natural horsemanship, has been through jump chutes, has been the subject of school field trips, takes treats from a person in a blowup dinosaur costume…. She has seen a lot in her three years! She was started this spring and is currently being ridden by a capable junior under the watchful eye of a professional. She is still quite green (she is only three) and we aren’t pushing her. She has a beautiful way of going and a presence about her that catches people’s eye! I intended for her to be a dressage horse and I do think she could do that, but everyone keeps telling me I should show her to some hunter people. This girl LOVES to jump and has occasionally been found jumping logs in the field for fun. She is brave and SMART. She wants to be with people and she wants a job. This girl belongs in the show ring!
