$8,500 USD Roman is a 2012 Strawberry Roan with flaxen mane and tail All Around gelding. He is 14.2 hh, has a big sweet personality, LOVES attention, and is safe and well broke. Roman is a “get on and go” gelding. He is a finished horse with many honest hours in him in the mountains, on the ranch, and in the arena. He stands for mounting/dismounting, has excellent ground manners, ties, loads/unloads like a dream, is excellent for the farrier, gets along with others, is an easy keeper, and has been barefoot for many years. Roman has been on the ranch gathering, branding, loading trucks, doctoring, and rides out alone or in a group with no issues. He has been horse camping, high lines, hobbles, and is very sure-footed. He has a ground covering walk and keeps up with the big horses. He enjoys riding out and would make an ideal trail and trail trial partner. In the arena, he picks up leads with ease, has smooth transitions, carries a flag, has been shot off of in mounted shooting, 4H, team sorting, team roping, ranch classes, gymkhana with an 8 yr old kid, and rides English/goes over small jumps. He is the true all around mount.
