About this horse

$10,000 USD Disciplines: Beginner-Safe, Driving, Family-Safe, Kid-Friendly, Playday, Trail Riding, Western, Youth We are having so much fun with Cookie! Sarah is 2 years old now and asks to "Go see Ponies", "My Cookie!", "Saddle Pony" every day. First thing in the mornings it's "Go Outside", "Go see Ponies" and in the evenings, especially right when she starts t feel sleepy, she wants to go "Tell pony night-night." We are having so much fun! The big kids love Cookie too with Ben, who is almost 9, riding her independently everywhere on the ranch and in town! He has gained so much confidence on the ponies playing with them all by himself. He has become a great rider, no doubt largely due to riding good ponies. The size is so good for their balance. For Rebecca, who is now almost 12 years old, Cookie has allowed her to feel like she can still contribute with the ponies by driving. She loves to drive now and the hand eye coordination is so good for her. Cookie takes it all in stride. We have put single foot hobbles on her saddle to hook the cart with so Cookie can go for evening walks with us and the kids. She will lead line Sarah, ride independently with Ben and drive the cart with Rebecca, all in one evening walk! She is the prettiest little thing, with a long lush main and tail. She lets everyone pet, brush, pull, poke and climb all over her. She loves all the attention! She pokes her little head out of the stall when she sees the kids coming and absolutely loves Apples! We are so blessed to have these memories with our kids!
