He’s a sweetheart with a playful personality who quickly becomes everyone’s favorite. He is an easy but fun ride for intermediate and up, but he has easily been ridden by beginners with no prior horse experience. No bad habits on the ground or under saddle and can be ridden with or without a saddle in a bridle or halter. Previously owned, shown in the pleasure and performance divisions, and trained by Gascon Horsemanship, he stands for mounting/ dismounting, walks on a loose rein, has a great gait, and will happily face any obstacle you throw at him including water, mud, horse soccer balls, etc. He is super eager to please and loves to work. He is happy in any living situation- group pasture, individual pen, stall, he’s had experience and success in all! He is calm around and used to dogs, tractors, etc. He behaves great for the vet and farrier, and he is sound, healthy, and up to date on all vaccines with a negative coggins. Oso is an absolute heart horse who is difficult not to love. Only reason for sale is he deserves a home that can spend more time with him than I am currently able to.
