$25,000 Enzo – “REY DEL BAILO FCF” 17h | 8yo | Registered Iberian Warmblood Located in Wimauma, Florida Enzo is a striking 17hh, 8-year-old registered Iberian Warmblood with presence, personality, and talent for multiple rings. Registered as “REY DEL BAILO FCF,” Enzo has 3 beautiful gaits, great character, and a solid foundation in dressage. Enzo was trained as a young horse by a USDF Bronze and Silver Medalist, where he developed a strong dressage foundation. ... ( read more ) As a 4-year-old he earned scores up to 71.7% at Training Level, receiving 8s for his gaits. Renowned judge Fred Weber described him as “a talented horse that could go all the way.” In addition to his movement, type, and breeding, Enzo is beloved in the barn for his wonderful personality. He is extremely affectionate and a true barn favorite who enjoys attention and will happily show off his big “smile” trick in exchange for a cookie to anyone. With his dressage foundation, Enzo is very adjustable in all three gaits and rides with a naturally balanced rhythm. While still relatively green over fences for his age, he truly loves to jump and shows a great deal of potential. Enzo has low miles for his age, and offers the perfect opportunity for someone to take him in any direction they’d like. He is straightforward to fences and very honest. He does not have an automatic change yet. Enzo could easily continue in dressage, but he also has the talent and type to develop into a competitive hunter, jumper, or equitation horse. He has the movement and step for the hunters and easily walks down the lines, along with the scope to move up in the jumpers. He recently attended his first schooling hunter show. While initially a bit looky at the flower boxes, he gained confidence quickly and settled after the first round, showing willingness and a good attitude toward the job. After overcoming his initial doubt, he was very straight forward to fences. Enzo enjoys having a job and does best in a consistent program with regular work. He hacks out well alone or in a group and enjoys the occasional trail ride to keep things interesting. He is the same horse on and off property. Additional details: • Easy keeper • Sound and currently barefoot Enzo is sound, recent radiographs show a minor imperfection, the X-rays are available to interested buyers. It may simply require routine maintenance going forward. Because of this, Enzo is offered accordingly, and a PPE is welcome at buyer’s expense. He can be slightly tricky to load at times, though he always gets on and loads more easily on a ramp trailer rather than a step-up. Enzo’s limited show mileage is more than made up for by his quality, presence, and excellent temperament.
