He would be a perfect for youth showing 4-h or an amateur getting their feet wet in the show pen. He would also excel as a trail mount. He is great at trailering, good for the farrier, bathes without being tied, and can be clipped with ease. He rides brideless, in a shank, in a hackamore, in a snaffle, or just in his halter. He's good with traffic at shows and settles into a stall immediately. Not buddy sour. Recommended classes would be showmanship (this horse is unbeatable in ground performance classes) and has taken me all the way to 4-h southern regional in Georgia where he took first 🥇 prize in ranch ground handling!! He is amazing in trail classes. can throw lasso from above him, crack whips, and go through gates with ease. Elvis would also love to be a trail horse, as he's very sure footed and doesn't spook at anything in the woods. He's completely kid safe and extremely responsive to cues, but still More lazy than go. He loves his naps, treats, and whatever you do don't forget his belly scratches! His bloodline matures around 6-8 so he still has a lot of growing and filling out to do! Requirements to purchase Elvis: -must be a light rider (he's a shorter mount with a thinner legs and profile) -MUST be a FOREVER home -needs to be a light workload and simple maneuvers until he grows more (late bloomer as with most foundation bred horses) My only reason for selling this exceptional horse is that he is not eligible for futuritys I wish to compete in.
