With his long, thick mane and tail, plus four unique white socks, Checkers is a true head turner everywhere he goes. Checkers is a solid arena horse with a true neck and a good turn around. He will smoothly transition into all 3 gates, lopes nice even circles and just has a soft, responsive feel. He side passes with ease to open and shut gates, ponies colts, and handles all types of obstacles with confidence. This gelding is a rockstar on the trail. He is sure footed, confident, and not spooky. He’s been through the rugged terrain, rides out alone or with a group, whichever you prefer. Farm equipment, dogs, goats you name it, he’s been around it. Checkers stands quietly for grooming, tacking, and farrier work.
