SOLD Kahlessi ? Who's looking for a super loveable trail riding partner?!? Say hello to Kahlessi, a beautiful Registered Friesian Mare, 17-years old, standing around 15.1hands. This sweet girl will only be offered to her potential FOREVER home. No breeders or horse sellers please! We want Kahlessi to have her own person. Kahlessi loves to ride out of the arena, and down all the trails. Really enjoys switching it up & doing something different rather than riding around the arena every single ride. ... (read more) She will even pop over a small crossrail or log without batting an eye! She has ridden down miles & miles of trails with us & has always been very honest & open to new adventures! Kahlessi is more of a push type ride, she can be a little lazy at times but nothing just carrying a crop doesn't easily fix. I would say Kahlessi would be best suited for an advanced beginner rider or better, just cause she can take some effort to keep in the canter at times & you do have to steer when riding her. She is generally a pretty easy ride, but not a fancy broke horse with a ton of buttons. She is easy enough for any rider that can walk/trot/canter comfortably. Would make a perfect horse for the whole family to enjoy! She has never thrown a buck, bolted or shown any dangerous or bad behavior in the several years that we have owned her. She's always a very sweet, loveable mare, definitely not your typical moody mare. Kahlessi has a very puppy-dog like personality, she greets you at the gate, always easy to catch, absolutely loves to be groomed & loved on. Easy to lunge. She always stands good for the farrier, is currently barefoot & has solid feet. She currently lives out 24-7 with a mixed herd & does really well, I would say she is middle ranking. This mare has always been 100% sound with no maintenance. Kahlessi is owned by one of my best friends who is getting out of horses entirely & she asked me to help in finding Kahlessi the perfect home, so here we are! This mare has absolutely nothing wrong with her, she is being priced very fairly due to us wanting to find her the absolute best home out there & that is our priority. Kahlessi is currently only being ridden 1 or 2 days a week due to lack of time so she is abit out of shape at the moment but she always rides the same! The ideal home for Kahlessi would be one with a rider who wants to do trail riding & maybe dabble a little into some dressage for fun.
