$20,000 USD NEGOTIABLE Disciplines: Ranch Trail Class, Ranch Versatility, Trail Riding, Western Dressage, Working Equitation Sookie is a 7 year old Friesian cross mare. She loves water and obstacles! Very well put together mare, who is solid, sound and sane. She has been shown and trained mostly in Working Equitation. Sookie is brave and confident with the ease of handling classes and has a lovely trot for the dressage. Sookie has been ridden up in the mountains quite a bit on some difficult terrain and handles well. She is a friendly willing partner and has more forward motion than your usual draft type cross which makes for a nice ride. She has a solid walk trot and canter along with good lateral movement and bend. Sookie is best suited for an intermediate rider or a supervised advanced beginner who is comfortable with her lovely but larger gaits. Sookie is currently very comfortable barefoot, but she can come with her easy boots for rocky trails. Sookie is also a wider lady so we can sell her JJ Maxwell saddle with her if needed.
