Bones is well broke and enjoyable to ride. He neck reins correctly and moves off leg pressure willingly. He will side pass, ride around nicely in the arena, and carry himself with a steady head whether you want him collected or relaxed with a level head. He has a smooth easy lope and will one step lope on the correct lead each way. He is the type of horse that feels reliable and consistent every time you swing a leg over him. He has been ridden outside a lot and handles new places with a calm mind. He goes through water, steps over brush and logs, and stays steady even with activity going on around him. He has been around dogs, chickens, goats, and farm traffic and stays quiet. He has also been used around cattle and does well when asked to sort or move them. Bones is easy to have in the barn or out in the pasture. He is simple and easy to catch, good to handle, and fits well in a group of horses. He recently had a complete health and soundness exam on 12/1/2025. He also sells with a current negative Coggins, recent deworming, and a rabies vaccine.
