She is also senior-safe, making her a great fit for riders of all ages and skill levels. Little Debbie is a trail veteran. She is comfortable leading, following, or riding out solo. She handles new places with confidence, and she stays calm around traffic, wildlife, dogs, and farm equipment. She has been exposed to all sorts of obstacles, including tarps and jugs, and takes it all in stride. Under saddle, Debbie has a nice one-hand neck rein and three smooth, easy-to-ride gaits—walk, trot, and canter. Her trot is steady and soft, and her canter is a joy to ride. Whether you are loping circles in the arena or exploring the countryside, she is always game. She rides Western, English, and bareback without a fuss. We have never seen a mean bone in her body, she just wants to be your friend. She wears shoes on all four feet due to the rocky terrain where we ride, but she has strong feet and could go barefoot if needed. Debbie is up to date on all vaccinations, deworming, and dental care.
