She is an own daughter of Metallic Cat and is trained in the cutting while being a solid, dependable ranch horse. She has extensive real-world experience and has been used outside in rough country, including Palo Duro Canyon and throughout New Mexico. Alli crosses water, handles rocky terrain, and stays sure-footed and confident wherever she’s asked to go. This mare has been ranched on extensively. She is good to ship and doctor cattle on, is stout from the horn, faces cattle well, and is dependable in the branding pen. She stays gentle even with time off and remains easy to saddle up and go. Our 8-year-old daughter uses Alli to gather cattle and has also started patterning her on the barrels. Alli is smart, willing, and tries to please, making her easy to progress with while still staying quiet and dependable. What sets Alli apart is her versatility—she transitions easily between ranch work, arena riding, and youth use without changing her demeanor or needing special handling. Alli is traffic safe and unfazed by heavy equipment, including loaders, tractors, and feed trucks. She has carried very novice riders without issue and stays honest, quiet, and user-friendly. A versatile, good-minded mare suited for ranch work, all-around use, or a program needing a gentle, broke horse with cow sense and real experience.
