About this horse

$9,500 USD Disciplines: Cross-Country, Dressage, Endurance Riding, Eventing, Family-Safe, Intermediate Rider Recommended, Jumping, Liberty Training, Natural Horsemanship Training, Trail Riding *Needs a northern address* This beautiful mare has been an absolute joy to own. Finding her her next perfect match is our top priority. Monaco Charlotte Inez is a 14.1h eight year old buckskin Morgan mare. She is sweet, friendly, lovable and loves heading out on trails or new adventures. We are recommending an intermediate rider for her due to her experience level but she has never done anything unsafe even for beginner riders. She easily puts up with all kinds of shenanigans that the young riders at the barn come up with without skipping a beat. She knows her canter leads and has a smooth canter. She can do a slow western trot or extended trot and will move off your leg. She is more whoa than go in the arena but forward on the trails or schooling a cross country course. She loves liberty work and is a quick learner and she even knows a few tricks! :) Excellent ground manners. Very friendly - great for the vet and good for the farrier. Prefers to live outside. Barefoot. Could excel in ranch work, eventing, or dressage. Has had 2 foals without complications. She was imported from Alberta Canada at 5 years old and we think a more northern climate (more northern than Ann Arbor, Michigan) would be more comfortable for her. She has developed some allergies here in the last several months that we have been managing with Zyrtec throughout the summer months. Vet records and details are available - she's up to date on everything she needs. Asking $9,500.
